Questions And Answers
What steps need to be taken to restore my cable after it has been out from a storm?
In order to restore your service several steps must be taken. First, we must wait until electricity to your neighborhood and home is restored. We have no control over this process. Then our technicians inspect the main cable lines which provide your area with service. After they have been repaired, our technicians analyze the connection in your neighborhood to see if it has sustained any damage. If this local connection has been damaged it will be repaired and your home's service will be reactivated.
The electricity has been restored in my home, however, my cable service is still out. Why?
