Bright House Networks bills in advance for monthly services that are payable by the "Date Due" as printed on your monthly statement. If your payment is not received by the "Date Due" your account may become delinquent, and a late fee may be charged to your account. Once your monthly statement reflects a late fee, it is important to make payment immediately to avoid disconnection of service. If a collection representative visits your home or you have received a tag on your door, please follow the instructions printed on the tag. If your account is disconnected due to non-payment, your services may be reconnected by paying all past due amounts, the reconnection fee, and the first month of service in advance.

You can receive information regarding your statement 24 hours a day through our automated services feature by calling our customer service phone number.

When mailing your payment, please allow 5 to 7 days for postal delivery. Your payments may be mailed to the following address:

P. O. Box 30765
Tampa, FL 33630-3765

If you discontinued your service and are due a refund from Bright House Networks, a check will be issued to the account holder after all outstanding charges have been cleared. This includes outstanding pay per view charges and unreturned equipment.

Moving?

If you are moving, Bright House Networks will transfer your cable service to your new address in the immediate service area. We will transfer your account balance, equipment, and payment history to your new account. For the transfer to be completed, the service at your new address must be activated. At the time of installation at the new address, payment is required for your prior balance, installation charges at the new address and the first month of service at the new address.
