1.       What is EASYPay Online?
 
EASYPay Online is Bright House Networks' online bill payment and presentment system that allows you to view your Bright House Networks' statements and make payments online. You can make payments anytime, anywhere, from almost any computer with Internet access. You can also set up recurring payments  to occur automatically on your statement due date each month.

2.       How does Bright House Networks' EASYPay Online service work?
 
There are two basic steps involved in using Bright House Networks' EASYPay Online service:

        Step 1: Enroll in Bright House Networks' EASYPay Online service. When you first begin using the service, follow the simple enrollment instructions. You need the 16-digit account number that appears on your statement, your 5-digit zip code, as well as the information about the payment method you wish to use (i.e. routing and transit number for checking account, account number, or credit card). Enroll now! (When enrolling, you must enter your account number and your 5-digit zip code number as it appears on your cable statement.)

        Step 2: Set up a Recurring Payment: If you wish to pay by a Recurring Payment method, your bank account or Credit Card will be debited each month on the Payment Due Date, until a request is made to discontinue. Click on the "Pay Bill" button on the Statement screen to access the recurring payment options. You may select Credit Card, Debit Card or Checking/Savings Account. Fill out the appropriate information and select "Continue". Verify that the information is correct and select "Continue". The Terms and Conditions of Use are displayed for your review if you have elected to pay from your Bank Account. Select "I Agree" then "Continue" and you will receive a confirmation that your recurring payment has been successfully updated.

        Or Make a One Time Payment: Click on the "Pay Bill Now" button on the Statement screens to access the One Time payment options. You may select Credit Card, Debit Card or Checking/Savings Account. Fill out the appropriate information and select "Continue". Verify that the information is correct and select "Continue". The Terms and Conditions of Use are displayed for your review if you have elected to pay from your Bank Account. Select "I Agree" then "Continue" and you will receive confirmation that your One Time payment has been successfully processed. Print out your receipt by using the printable version for your records.

4.       What payment methods are accepted?
 
You can use your bank checking or savings account, MasterCard and Visa debit cards, as well as MasterCard, VISA or American Express credit cards.

5.       How much does EASYPay Online cost?
 
It's FREE! EASYPay Online from Bright House Networks allows you to view and pay your Bright House Networks' statements online at no additional charge.

6.       How secure are my bill payments and personal information?
 
Bright House Networks' EASYPay Online service uses several methods to ensure that your information is secure:

        User Name and Password: Your user name and password are unique identifiers that only you know. Don't share your user name and password with anyone.

        SSL: Bright House Networks' EASYPay Online service uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to ensure your connection and information is secure from outside inspection.

        Encryption: Bright House Networks' EASYPay Online service uses 128-bit encryption to make your information unreadable as it passes over the Internet.

        Automatic Sign-Out: Bright House Networks' EASYPay Online automatically signs out of an online session if you are inactive longer than 30 minutes. We recommend signing out immediately after viewing or making payments.

7.       Do I need any special hardware or software to sign up for Bright House Networks' EASYPay Online service?
 
No special hardware or software is required to use this service. You need Web access and a browser. Most browsers use 40-bit encryption by default. For improved security, we require using 128-bit encryption to access your statement and make payments. You can download 128-bit encryption by visiting one of the Web sites below:

8.       Once I have enrolled in Bright House Networks' EASYPay Online payment service, when can I start paying my statements?
 
After you complete and submit a registration form, we process it and activate your service. You can immediately log in by entering your information on the welcome screen. We will send you a registration confirmation email. You should begin receiving an online statement within a month or so, depending upon your billing cycle, but you can enter a payment at any time prior to receiving your online statement.

9.       What if I forget my password and/or password?
 
If you know the email account you used and can answer the security question you specified when you registered your account, go to our My Account  page.  Click on the "Forgot ID or Password?" link  at the bottom of the Login section.  Fill in your account number, answer the security question, enter your 5-digit Zip Code and your new password will be sent to the email address you used when you registered.

10.     How do I change my username and/or password?
 
Select "my account" then "EASYPay Online" from your local Bright House Networks' website. Log in using your existing user name and password. Select "Customer Information" in the left hand navigation area and choose "Change Username/Password".

A "Change Username/Password" page will be presented. Type your new username and/or password in the appropriate fields. (Note: Your case sensitive username must be between eight and twenty characters and may contain both numbers and letters. Your case sensitive password must be between five and ten characters and also may contain both numbers and letters.) Select the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page to confirm the change.

11.     How do I cancel my EASYPay Online payment service?
 
To cancel Bright House Networks' EASYPay Online service, select "my account" then "EASYPay Online" from your local Bright House Networks' website. Log in using your existing user name and password, select "Customer Information" and "Unregister" from the left hand navigation area. You will be directed to the "Unregister From EASYPay Online" page.

Canceling your EASYPay Online account does not affect any services you receive from Bright House Networks. If you wish to discontinue services, please contact Bright House Networks' Customer Care. 12.     Where can I find my account number?
 
Your 16-digit account number will be printed next to the label "Account Number," on the top portion of your most recent statement. If you need additional assistance with your account number, please use the "Contact Us" link located on your local Bright House Networks' website.

13.     If an account is in a name other than my own, can I still sign up for EASYPay Online payment service?
 
Yes, if you would like to pay the statement for someone and you are not the "account holder", be sure to sign up and use the correct account number as it appears on the monthly paper statement for that person. You will be required to select a unique username for each individual Bright House Networks' account.

14.     Will I still receive a paper copy of my statement through the U.S. mail?
 
The choice is yours. Upon registration, your statement option is automatically set so that you receive only an online statement. If you would prefer to receive both an online statement and a paper statement in the mail, simply log in, select change statement option on your statement summary screen and follow the instructions. Either way, you will receive an email notification each month when your online statement is available for you to view.

15.     Will I receive a reminder that my online statement is ready for viewing and payment?
 
You will receive an email notification each month when your online statement is available for you to view. You can also login to your EASYPay Online account and see if your statement is updated in your "Current Statement Summary".

16.     Can I store or view my statements paid online?
 
You can view previous online statements by selecting "Previous Statements" from the "View Statement" left hand navigation. EASYPay Online statements are retained for five months. You may always use your PC's printer to print the statement, if you want to keep long-term records, by selecting the "Printable Version" option shown at the top right corner of your online statement.

17.     When is the money for the payment drawn from my bank account?
 
The funds for the payment are debited from your account on the payment due date. Keep in mind that you should always have funds available to cover the payment on that date.

18.     What happens if my bank says the funds are not available?
 
If funds are not available after two (2) attempts, we will notify you by email so that you may make other payment arrangements.

19.     How far in advance of the due date should I make a one time payment?
 
We suggest you make a one time payment (Non-Recurring) at least four to five business days before the actual payment due date.

20.     Can I make a one time payment in addition to my regular recurring monthly payment amount?
 
Yes. Just click on the "Pay Bill" button (under "Current Statement") on your Statement Summary page, select your payment method, and follow the directions. Please note that if you've already signed up for a recurring payment  method, the total amount of your monthly statement could still be withdrawn, depending on your normal due date and the date of your one time payment. Any overpayment on your account will show as a credit the following month.

21.     What if I can't register to use Bright House Networks' EASYPay Online system?
 
If your registration request is rejected:

        Try to register again and make sure you entered your information completely and accurately - especially the account number and your 5-digit ZIP code.

        If you receive an error message about an "invalid bank routing number", confirm with your bank that you have the correct routing number. 22.     The amount for my online statement seems incorrect. What should I do?

23.     My online statement is late. What should I do?
 
If your normal billing cycle has passed and you have not received email notification that your online statement is available, or your new online statement is not available on the EASYPay Online service, contact Bright House Networks' Customer Care by using the "Contact Us" link located on your local Bright House Networks' website. Depending on billing cycles, the exact day you receive your statement each month may vary. Remember that it can take more than one month before you receive the first online statement email notification from Bright House Networks.

24.     How can I confirm that a payment has been made?
 
After the payment date, check the status of the payment by looking in "Recent Activity" under the "View Statements" left hand navigation. You may also check to see if the funds have been drawn from your bank account or credit card. Or you can call Bright House Networks to see if we received and credited the payment. Please click on the "Contact Us" link located on your local Bright House Networks' website for our local office information.

25.     What do I do if the payment amount is incorrect?
 
If the payment amount is incorrect and you have not received a payment complete page, edit the payment with the correct amount by using the Modify button. If the payment has been processed, you cannot change the payment amount. Any overpayment will be applied toward your next statement.
