J.D. Power and Associates Again Ranks Bright House Networks Highest
in Customer Satisfaction among Residential Wireline Telephone Service Providers in the Southeast Region
 

Bright House Networks Results Surpass Traditional Phone Providers

(St. Petersburg, FL)— For two consecutive years, Bright House Networks ranks highest in customer satisfaction among U.S. telephone service providers in the Southeast Region, according to the J.D. Power and Associates 2007 Residential Regional Telephone Customer Satisfaction StudySM released today.  Bright House Networks provides Digital Phone service to nearly 400,000 customers throughout Florida and Alabama. According to the study, Bright House Networks customer satisfaction scores in the Southeast Region surpassed those of traditional phone service providers.  The Southeast Region includes Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana.

"To be ranked highest by J.D. Power and Associates for a second consecutive year for overall customer satisfaction is quite an honor,” said Kevin Hyman, president of Bright House Networks Tampa Division.

Bright House Networks outstanding performance in the Residential Regional Telephone Customer Satisfaction Study was reinforced by its strong performance in key drivers of satisfaction including customer service, billing, cost of service, image, and offerings and promotions.

“We are so pleased with the results of the study and more importantly, that our efforts are recognized by our customers,” said Hyman.  “Our customer service centers are local and our operators are available 24 hours per day, seven days per week, including holidays.”

“This kind of recognition” Hyman added, “Is generated from the commitment our employees have for providing great customer service.”
