      FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

BRIGHT HOUSE NETWORKS INTRODUCES EIGHT NEW
HIGH DEFINITION CHANNELS

St. Petersburg, Florida, September 27, 2007 – Bright House Networks Tampa Bay Division today announced the addition of eight High Definition (HD) channels.  The new channels will make life easier for HD customers who want more high-resolution pictures; wider aspect ratios and Dolby Digital surround sound.

“The addition of these new HD channels is possible, in part, because of our recently announced channel moves,” said Kevin Hyman, president, Bright House Networks Tampa Bay Division.  “By adjusting the channel line-up, we are able to take full advantage of our superior network and the customer reaps the benefits.”

HD channels slated to be introduced are TBS, The Food Network, The History Channel, HGTV, Discovery Science Channel, The Learning Channel, Discovery, and Animal Planet.  The channels will be included in the company’s digital tier at no additional cost.

Tampa Bay HD customers will have access to TBS HD first, when the network launches on September 27.  All other new HD channels will be rolled-out to most Tampa service areas by mid-October and to all Tampa-area customers by the end of December, following the division’s PEG channel realignment.  With the new HD channel additions, the Tampa Bay Division will offer 30 HD channels to customers.
